The brickwork is on the front of the home! It is beautiful and matches the blue/gray tones perfectly!

They are preparing to lay the driveway sometime later this week!

The mailbox was installed! Yeah! We have an address!

The flooring and carpet have now been installed! It is GORGEOUS!

The kitchen backsplash is completed and they are getting ready to install the sinks probably later this week.

The tile in the master bath was laid and it matches the shower so elegantly!

Flooring in the 2nd bath upstairs was also completed!

Closet and hall shelving was installed!

We are set for a walkthrough Monday, March 24, and closing friday, March 28th! So exciting!

Cabinets, Countertops and more!

Things are really coming together! The painting is done and it is looking stunning! The cool and beautiful grays and the crisp white of the trim work give a truly modern clean look. The darks of the wood offset the white and provide an eye-pleasing contrast of rich color.

The countertops highlight and compliment the cabinetry beautifully!

I moved out fast- they had a wet saw in the kitchen and were working on the counters! Sparks were flying!

The 2nd bathroom countertops looked great too!

The master bath is absolutely amazing. Marble everywhere- love the feel of a Roman Bath house!

Cabinetry Delivered!

Yesterday the cabinetry was delivered! The next thing that will be done will be trim work, then the paint priming and the cabinetry installed. Everything is ready to go! We should also see brick work going on soon since the weather has warmed up!

Doors and Trim Delivered!

Today the doors and trim were delivered. The next thing to start is the trim work- it should be any day now!

The Siding is Complete!

The siding is finally finished! We will not see brick laid until the weather warms up. Masonry requires much
warmer temps.

Meanwhile, inside, the initial paint priming and the ceilings were completed. It’s starting to look like a house!

The master bedroom tray ceiling looks great now!

That blue siding is really a gorgeous color! Well chosen!

Siding and Drywall!

The siding has begun!!! Woohoo! It is a beautiful smoky blue hue. It is really looking good!

The workers were diligently working on the siding today and by tomorrow much more should be done!

Meanwhile…..inside, the drywall is almost completely finished! This is overlooking the entry way….

Next, we will see drywall taping and then priming. After that, we will see trim work started. Exciting!

Our Pre-Drywall Walk Through

Yesterday afternoon was the pre-drywall walk through. This is where we go through the house to look at the electrical plans and the structural upgrades that were chosen and make sure everything looks good. It looks great!

They also finished the insulation so that they are able to begin drywalling right away. The drywall process takes around 3-5 days. It really changes the look inside and the house really begins looking like a home!

The Roof is Being Completed!

The roofers have partially completed the roof. That should be completed within the week. Once this is complete,
we should be ready for our pre drywall walk through!

As you can see, shingles are still being added, and it will take a few more days to finish.

The Electrical is Done!

This week, they installed the tubs, and shower trays. They also finished the electrical work and we are ready for the pre-drywall walkthrough!
